Yesterday, I received a last-minute message from a guest from Spain 🇪🇸 who wanted to join the Mt. Fuji hiking tour — and it turned out to be the perfect decision!
Her friend, who is pregnant, stayed in Tokyo, but she didn’t want to miss the chance to experience Mt. Fuji’s incredible scenery.
It’s amazing that such breathtaking views can be enjoyed on a day trip from Tokyo.
During the drive up to the 5th Station, the sky was covered in thick fog, and I was a bit worried about visibility…
But once we climbed above 2,000 meters, the clouds opened up completely — a stunning blue sky above and an endless sea of clouds below.
The timing couldn’t have been better — truly a once-in-a-lifetime Mt. Fuji hiking day!
