We welcomed a wonderful family from Mexico 🇲🇽 for a private nature tour starting from Shin Fuji Station.
On the first day, we explored a variety of natural and local spots around the southwest side of Mt. Fuji.
After spending the day together, they asked if there was another outdoor activity they could try. They also asked whether I was available to guide them again the next day.
Luckily, I was.

For the second day, we headed higher up Mt. Fuji for a trek around Mt. Hoei and its impressive volcanic crater.
The first day was about discovering the forests, water, volcanic landscape, and local character around the foot of the mountain. The second day gave them the chance to actually walk on Mt. Fuji and experience its scale up close.
What began as a one day tour naturally became a two day journey, allowing the family to enjoy Mt. Fuji from different elevations and perspectives.
Starting from Shin Fuji Station makes it easy to create a flexible Mt. Fuji itinerary, whether you are visiting from Tokyo or stopping along the way between Tokyo and Kyoto.
